The Branch Sales Manager ( Branch GM ) is accountable and provides leadership to the Plumbing Division.

Great opportunity! NEW location! Join us! A skilled Branch Manager can build their own high performing team in our new location! Plumbing Management ( Branch Mgr, GM, Sales Manager, Service Manager ready for their next step...) preferred in this hands-on role - launching a new branch location!

The position has full P&L accountability, drives Business Development, Training and Customer Service for a multi-million-dollar residential plumbing service operation. Through the direct supervision of the Service Managers, the Branch Manager oversees the Service Technicians and Branch Operations.

We're looking for high energy, business & financial acumen, a strong customer service focus and desire to build and lead an established Team of quality Techs and Managers - Highest Volume Team in the company!

We are looking for a person who has managed a branch team, preferably in PLUMBING / Residential Service.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Full P&L Accountability for the Branch Location.

Develop and communicate a Business Plan tied to the area of responsibility; motivate and fully mobilize the organization to achieve the Business Plan.

Increase revenue level and gross profit goals through Business Development; i.e. geographical expansion; new lines of service, etc.

Run and direct professional sales organization: accountability over sales conversion rate, revenue, profitability, customer service.

Organizational Development: work in partnership with Executive Team to develop a winning organization through career pathing and training/development.

Recruit, retain and develop talent to successfully drive high levels of performance to meet revenue and profitability targets following company's KPI's and performance driven business model.

Drive the organization to consistently deliver on our brand promise of ‘same day' service and an excellent customer service experience at every touch point in the service delivery cycle.

Participate in the full development of a Training and Onboarding program to include technical, soft skills, Safety/OSHA, ride-alongs, coaching both at the Managerial, Professional and Technician.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:

Outstanding leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrate high levels of collaboration cross-functionally

Excellent business acumen; Ability to develop, communicate and carry out a Business Plan.

Strong analytical Skills: review, interpret, draw conclusions and formulate actions based on KPI's and other data.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration highly preferred.

5+ years experience in the Service Industry in a managerial role with a proven history of; P&L Accountability, Sales, Training/Development, Sales/Operations; Customer Service.

Sales experience strongly desirable.

OSHA/SAFETY Experience.

Experience in similar consumer - service industry: Plumbing, HVAC, Home Improvement, Construction would be helpful.
